Who is the investor
An investor is an entity that spends its own resources not only for the purpose of enriching itself but also for the public interest or interest of another person. The investor can have many forms. It may be a bank house, an investment fund, a pension fund or a natural person. The decision to invest is usually accompanied by consideration of the level of risk and potential future profits. The investor does not need to make a full purchase, but can only be one of the shareholders.
