The validity of the Territorial Decision is the period of validity of the Territorial Decision on the location of the building, the change of the use of the territory, the change in the influence on the use of the building or the consolidation of the land. It is valid for 2 years from the day it comes into force. The time limit may be set by the Office for up to five years. The terms of the land-use decision for the location of the construction, the change in the use of the territory shall apply for the duration of the construction or the use of the territory.
