The building's energy certificate is used to determine how much energy a building can consume in normal operation. This makes it one of the categories. The most inexpensive houses are marked with the letter A, the seats with the largest energy consumption are then marked with G. The energy certificate of the building must always be presented during the construction of the new house, the sale of houses built after 1947 or the larger reconstruction of the whole building.
