Administrative procedure is the procedure of an administrative authority that issues a decision on the revocation, establishment or modification of a right or obligation for a nominated person. The administrative procedure also includes the procedure for enforcement, the procedure for issuing statements, the procedure for the conclusion of a public contract, etc. The administrative procedure in the Czech Republic is governed by the Administrative Procedure Code, which establishes a general procedure for administrative proceedings. The basic rules are important for interpretation, they are applied separately, they directly regulate the behavior of the subjects who are involved in the administrative proceedings. Legal proceedings begin at the request or on their own initiative, followed by gathering documents, ensuring the presence of the persons present, then the next step of the decision, review and appeal proceedings.
