What is tapping
As a tapping, the construction and architecture generally refers to the joint of two perpendicular or oblique wooden components, one of which has a pin at the end, and a sidewall of the second wood is a slab which in its shape and dimensions corresponds to the pin. It is a traditional and proven technique that is used in the carpentry today. Such a connection is very strong, although nails or bolts are in some cases more efficient.
