Ecological stability is a scientific theory that speaks of equilibrium interstellar coexistence with minimal fluctuations, but in the short term there may be processes that break the balance. An example of this is an excessive increase in the population of one species, which will disturb the hunter / food system and thus cause great environmental problems. Nature itself should, however, have time to deal with this problem itself and bring everything back to normal.
