A resident is a certain entity that has a relation to a particular state, the so-called tax resident. Residents are all natural and legal persons, including foreign bank branches and foreign owners of buildings and land which have a center of economic interest in that country. Foreign legal and natural persons are considered as residents after at least one year of their economic activity in the territory.
