The plan for the use of land is necessary in further planning for the development of towns and municipalities. The plan shows polyfunctional areas, but also monofunctional areas. This plan obligatorily determines the functional use of the areas for the whole territory of the municipality . For the need to decide on the use of land with a land-use plan, the individual plots are divided into approximately the same areas.
