Revision of chimneys and flue gas routes is given by law. Revision of the flue gas routes is carried out prior to commissioning the new flue path, changing the type of fuel, before connecting the appliance to the unused flue path, after a chimney fire, cracks. If the chimney tells the chimney that there are cracks in the flue paths, repair measures must be taken and then the flue paths must be revised. In other cases, only regular chimney checks are sufficient.
