If you make changes during construction itself, we suggest that you incorporate these changes into your project documentation before completing the construction as a construction change before finishing.
To make a major change
These are fundamental modifications that are reflected in all parts of the project documentation.
These include, for example:- addition of the basement
- extension of the perimeter parts of the house
- changing the structure of the truss
- extension to the house
The time of delivery of the modified documentation is dependent on the extent of the requested changes.
The changes you require will be incorporated into the entire project documentation and delivered in five pairs incl. individual parts of family house documentation (statics, sanitation, heating, wiring and fire reports).

Since the required changes for static and architectural reasons can only be made to a limited extent, the changes need to be consulted personally or by telephone.
